wp-loging.php times out

  • Hello,
    I have a weird problem. I installed WordPress without any problems a couple of months ago. Recently I encountered the problem that no-one can log in anymore. When the file wp-login.php is called for, it just times out. (This is not the cannot login bug others have reported). Is this something my provider has to solve?
    The concerned URL is https://www.murkes.com/wp/wp-loging.php
