wp-login to theme

hi…how can i edit wp-login.php file without editing him in root folder of wp? i mean that i want copy wp-login.php in my theme folder and here customize. My temporaly reason is customize this file in root folder and works perfect but this is not standart reason because of updates of wordpress. Please help i cant find any other solution. thx
