WP-Login Logo Modification

I realize this information has been posted on here and I just need a little bit of assistance in clearing up a few details.

First, I understand that the wp-admin/images/wordpress-logo.png is the default image that appears on the /wp-login.php page.

I also understand that you can specify a new image in the /wp-admin/wp-admin.css by going to the #login h1 line and changing the name of the image.

However, i am unable to correctly find the place wherle I can change the size of the logo within wp-login.php. I thought it was going to be on the #login h1 a line of the /wp-admin/wp-admin.css page but after changing the height, the image still is showing up in the default size.

Can anyone point me in the right direction here?
