• I have been online with my hosting support for over a week.

They have determined this redirect plugin is causing a 403 error.

    Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What they told me is that the plugin was altering HTAaccess.

At first, the site was completely down. Every link was returning this error. They fixed the database and they managed to deactivate the plugin from their end.

But I am still unable to login to creedcast.com/wp-admin directly or through my hosting dashboard.

I was using the plugin on creedcast.com/live. And it was working successfully up until January 20, 2021. I had several livestreams through that link from November 2020 through to Jan 20.

On Jan 21, the link broke and the errors began. I didn’t change anything on my site at that time.

This is very frustrating. Please advise.

    Doug
