    wp-load file getting empty..and

    Have you tried replacing the empty file with the proper version? If so, and it again becomes empty, there could be errant code from a theme or plugin doing something it shouldn’t. This has been known to happen with some nulled themes or plugins. If your theme and plugins are all from reputable sources, I would suspect your site has been hacked. Work through the steps in My Site was Hacked.
