WP Live Chat

I have tried several plugins for my photography website, to add customer support. None come close to the features WP Live Chat has to offer (honestly) And it all runs from within your WordPress environment.

One of the advantages of this plugin (along with the iOS and Android App) is, that you can start its functionality without paying anything. For just one website (and one Agent), you can use more than enough features to start chatting away. After installing the plugin, all you have to do is to install the (in my case) iOS App, add the API key by scanning the QR code to use its functionality.
From that moment on, you get notified for incoming chats on your mobile or iPad/iMac. But they offer a Windows solution too.

Had a small issue with the mobile App, which was being taken care of almost ‘on the fly’. Very dedicated staff and great support! Thanks Nick and Dylan ??

Bought the Pro version immediately and never regretted ??
