WP Links Pages & Share Daddy [JetPace] how do I rearrange them?

    Does anyone know how I can rearrange the WordPress Page Links feature and the sharedaddy jetpack share buttons around.

    The page links appear below the share buttons. The share buttons should be at the bottom of the post while the pagination buttons should be on top of the share buttons.

    Ideally, I like to move the share buttons to where the themes Share text is, right before the related post.

    Also: When I view the article as a single page the share buttons disappear. How do I avoid this?
