WP Learndash Module Release Sschedule not working??

  • I have an enrolment based module release schedule whereby Module 2 is released 14 days after enrolment (and one module every 7 days after that).

    I have my first paid student on her 4th day today. On the dashboard ProPanel activity, I’ve been watching her move through the Pre-course and Module 1 lessons. Module 2 and the Course Name is now showing on the ProPanel (without an actual lesson). Does this mean the student can see Module 2? (- she shouldn’t have access yet). Can there be something that overrides the module release schedule I’ve set up if so?

    (p.s. I took a screenshot, but can’t see how to attach it…)

    Thanks Steve,

    My LD account was set up under the license of a 3rd party with many other portals, and as such I have no way of contacting LD support… neither LD nor my provider are responding to my requests for support access, which is very frustrating.

    I tested with a purchase and all appears in order, so fingers crossed. That said, I clicked on the closed access modules, and no entry appeared in the ProPanel as did with my student.
