wp-last-visit — getting “new” tags to appear

  • For some reason when I’m extracting and uploading the miniature graphic files for the wp-last-visit plugin, they are not functioning. Instead I’m seeing the little white box with an “x” in it. It was suggested to me earlier that I make sure when I upload the files, that they be uploaded as binary files. I don’t know how to do this. Any ideas?

  • Are you sure the path to the images are correct?
    Try right-clicking the image (or what’s supposed to be the image), and check to see what the path is.

    Ack… don’t worry ’bout it. I decided I’m going to remove this plugin and just use the mtdewvirus post and comment plugins. They don’t offer the exact same function but I think the mtdewvirus plugins offer enough of what I’m looking for in this department.
