“/wp-json/jetpack/v4/sync/spawn-sync” requests status: 499

This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as a timeout, network issues, or a configuration on your server that’s interrupting these requests.

The first thing I’d recommend trying is to have your hosting provider allowlisting Jetpack IPs per this guide: https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/

It appears the hosting provider for your site is Simply.com and they can be reached out at https://www.simply.com/en/support/.
