WP Job Manager – submit & company logo display

I have searched the forums and found some solutions which have not worked for me. When listing multiple jobs and adding a company logo, how do I get the logo to NOT display once a job is selected. It displays large and is clickable, which doesn’t make sense. I am using a right sidebar (which I leave blank so that the text is left justified)

1. NO display of company logo on the single post page

How do I change the apply for job button to actually just go to the url rather than presenting a user with another link to click?

2. Change button to go directly to job application.

I have tried solutions that haven’t worked. I am using Enfold theme and also have a child theme. I don’t want the modifications to break with upgrades of WP Job Manager or WordPress.
