Hi! I’m having an interesting issue –

The WP Job Manager plugin is appearing OK for me on all of my devices. On my MacBook Pro in Google Chrome, and on my iPhone 13 pro in safari. It looks like this for me on all of my devices. On my MacBook Pro in Google Chrome, and on my iPhone 13 pro in safari. It looks like this – https://imgur.com/a/F0Y6TC0

However, I’ve had a few website visitors send me screenshots of it looking like this for them – https://imgur.com/a/dMXJPBP

I’m not sure how this is possible, but if you have any insight I would surely appreciate it. Thank you!

  • Hi @gogabby

From your screenshots, I do see that there’s an issue that’s causing the WP Job Manager shortcode to display unexpectedly on specific devices (smartphones). From my end, I can load the page you’ve provided correctly on a Galaxy S21+.

Can you confirm with your users that they have JavaScript enabled? If they do, it’s worth testing with another theme and see if they get the same behavior; otherwise, we’d be happy to look further into this if you can give us some specifics about their devices (Brand and Model, Android version) and which browser they use (Chrome, Firefox..etc and its version), it’s good to note here that if they have models that run outdated versions of Android/iOS and browsers, this could definitely be the cause of it.
