    Hi there,

I’ve been using the free job manager plugin for about a year now. recently, I’m having a conflict with it.

This is the errors I get on the dashboard:

    https://ibb.co/ky1pCZq

And this is the error I get on the front end, on every page of the website, even the ones that are not using the job manager shortcode!

Also, elementor editor doesn’t work if this job manager plugin is active. I need to deactivate the plugin in order to edit any page.

Is there anyway to solve this?

    Thanks in advance

  • Thanks for letting us know about this PHP error. I see another person has already reported this, and I’ve added your information to that report as well: https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/issues/2807

As for Elementor, we have a guide here on how to get it working with WP Job Manager: https://wpjobmanager.com/2023/09/04/elementor-job-board/

I am using WP Job Manager plugin on my WordPress website. I am getting this php error:

Deprecated: Calling get_class() without arguments is deprecated in?/home/radicalt/opexrecruiting.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-job-manager/includes/class-wp-job-manager-usage-tracking.php?on line?163

I have disabled the error messages in the wp-config.php file but the error is still showing. I have disabled all plugins except WP Job Manager and still see the error message. I have changed the theme and I still see the error showing on my live website.

The error message is removed when I deactivate the WP Job Manager plugin. Appreciate any help to resolve this issue.

    Hi @artos90,

    Hi @artos90 ,

I’m not sure if this will be helpful, but I solved my issue by changing my php version (downgrading or upgrading). I tried many versions and the only one that worked fine with this plugin is “8.2“.

I hope this works for you too!

@bayglob0 thank you for sharing that workaround with us!
