    Has anyone tried this with WP Job Manager Plugin to create a job slider?
    Or is it even possible?

    Hello,

    Yes, you are using this plugins slider and carousel any custom post type.

    Please pass shortcode parameter post type and taxonomy.

    The example you are using job manager plugins.
    Please pass below shortcode.

    [featured-content post_type="job_listing" taxonomy="job_listing_type"]
[featured-content-slider post_type="job_listing" taxonomy="job_listing_type"]

    Note:- This plugin not display any custom meta of other custom post type plugins.
