WP Job Manager Spam Registrations

I’ve been using WP Job Manager for a client which has been working really well for the past year or so. Now, suddenly, overnight, I got 19 spammers setting up jobs and registering themselves as users. I’ve looked but can’t find any captcha add-on for this plugin. Looking for advice or suggestions please on how I can handle this.
