wp job LOGIN candidate/employer

Hi,
I use jobify like theme with wpjobmanager. I also use the job alert plugin. I get a problem because the wpjobmanager doesnot make difference between the 2 logged profiles : a candidate and a job poster.
This means that if you are a job poster, you also can get access to the “job alert” and if you are a candidate, you get access to the “manage jobs” tab. So is it possible to get the 2 different logged profiles with different interface for the both?
