wp is not defined

Hello!

I am getting a console error with Contact Form 7 plugin. This might be a conflict with Polylang however I am not 100% sure. When I turn off Contact Form 7 error disappears.

Uncaught ReferenceError: wp is not defined
at (index):830:1

This is what i see when I open index
