• I have set up everything on our site for Authorize.net ARB. The email is working, the invoice comes up, I have https checked, I have godaddy checked, I have nothing in the Encapsulation Code. I have create a MD5 Hash. I submit my credit card information and when I do this small blank box with a ok button pops up along with a spinning circle. Oh, and I submitting the silent url as well. Is there anything I need to do in the settings to make this work? What needs to be done?

    Hello.

    Did you set up
    – Recurring Billing Gateway URL in Invoice/Settings/Payment tab?
    – Delimiter Character?
    – Encapsulation Character? Are you sure you do not have it?
    – Live mode?

    Regards.

    Hello Maria,

    Did you set up
    – Recurring Billing Gateway URL in Invoice/Settings/Payment tab? Yes. I have them set up.

    – Delimiter Character? The Delimiter Character I have is a , (comma)
    – Encapsulation Character? I don’t have Encapsulation Character because it is saying that Authorize.net is a default of blank.

Are you sure you do not have it?
    – Live mode? I’m in the live mode, too.

It’s so frustrating. Any other ideas?

Try also to disable all third party plugins and switch theme to the default one to investigate this.

    Regards.

Nope. I turned off all plugins and switch to the default theme.
I’m about ready to delete the wp invoice and start all over again.
Not sure if that’s a good idea.

It is always good idea to start from scratch. DO you have the latest version of wp-invoice and WP?

    WordPress 4.1.1
    WP Invoicing — Version 3.09.5

You can try from scratch, If won’t help, than send me your wp-admin creds with link to this topic, I will check – [email protected]

P.S Be sure you didn’t customize anything directly in the code

    (@klmitten)

Ok. That’s what I’m going to do. Cross your fingers.

    (@klmitten)

Will let you know if I’m successful.
Oh, a question…should I put anything in the MD5 Hash? I did create something but if you think I should keep that blank I’ll do that.

    (@mariakravchenko)

If you don’t have anything for MD5 Hash in your Authorize account, so you don’t need it.

    (@klmitten)

I have it over in Authorize. I’ll need to keep it.

    You won’t believe this….
I deleted the files, cleared my cache on Firefox checked to make sure the files were deleted in my file manager and when I go to install the wp invoice it has all the information saved from previous.
So what file do I need to delete to eliminate that?

    This is crazy.

    (@klmitten)

Oh, I even went to Safari to make sure it wasn’t a browser issue. It was on there too.

    Double crazy.

Your settings(invoice configuration) are storing in your database in wp_options table
    option_name=wpi_options

    (@klmitten)

Ok. I went into the root file and emptied the trash. I hope this takes care of it.

You need to go to your database, not ftp.
