WP-Invoice not compatible with PHP8?

  • I have recently upgraded my PHP version from 7.4 to 8 and WP-invoice stopped working, the webpage crashed, and I could only open the back end in ‘Recovery Mode’ There was an error on the plugin, asking me to resume the upgrade but as soon as I exit the ‘Recovery Mode’ the page crashed again.

    Downgrading back to 7.4 fixed the issue. Have you guys tested the plugin with php8? Have you had issues and if so will you be fixing this to be compatible with PHP8?

  • Looks like you have to disable any of the addons inside wp-invoice for it to work with php8.1

    And yes sadly it does look like this plugin is no longer supported so its advisable to start looking for an alternative

    Yes, I have recently started using Sliced Invoices after realizing that support for WpInvoice was discontinued.
