WP in the wrong directory and where is the Admin Panel?

I am very new to Word Press and signed up using Blue Host. It was installed through them yet now I am confused as to where to go from there…
How do I access the Administration Panel? How do I post?

Also, when I installed WP onto my server, I put it on the root directory. Is it possible to switch it to a subdirectory at this point? When my website is typed in, I don’t want the blog to be the first thing that shows up, which is what is happening now.
