WP in sub-directory, plug-in stopped working on golive

  • Nice login widget shortcode seemed to work fine while in development. When we went live, it stopped working. Upon login attempt, get message “security test failed.” WordPress is installed on a sub-directory. Could this have an effect? Everything else in site seems to be working fine.
    Also, if I try to put widget in a sidebar, it only shows if I’m already logged in.
