WP in Sub Directory broken Home url

  • I have wp installed in a sub-directory, however the home url is https://www.mysite.com and blog url is blog.mysite.com

    Pages work and blog posts work.
    Problems
    The blog url links to the home url and not the blog.
    Search function does not work.
    XML Sitemap & Google News Sitemap Feeds does not work as sitemap url is set for blog and not home url.

    Using WP as a cms in subdirectory.
