wp in different languages

  • Iv read some things on it but am a little confused, I would like to manually post things in different languages I don’t want a tool to translate because they are not always accurate, could someone explain how to insert foreign characters specifically Asian characters, so they are readable by Asian viewers ?

  • I’ve done this already on one blog, but am now looking for the instructions, because what I remember doing doesn’t work on my new blog. I know you have to go into phpMyAdmin and change many of the tables to read utf8_unicode_ci.
    But there is something else that I don’t remember, sorry.
