“WP HTML Mailr” and “Ultimate WP Mail”

    Hello,

    After several days of research, I feel compelled to ask for help. I give up because there is no documentation worthy of the name on the 2 plugins and elsewhere.

    I use these 2 plugins: “WP HTML Mail – Email Template Designer” and “Ultimate WP Mail”. I am using a WordPress version 5.7.

    I created a message template with “WP HTML Mail – Email Template Designer”.

    Unfortunately, I can’t see my template in the second “Ultimate WP Mail” plugin.

    How do I do to be able to use my new template in “Ultimate WP Mail”?

    Hello @lemoustic,

    as I do not know the other plugin “Ultimate WP Mail”, i have no idea if it is even possible to transfer templates.

    The Plugin was not designed with that in mind. I suppose you can use either one, or the other, but not both. We can not provide any support for the other plugin.
