WP hosted site distributing copyrighted photos

Hi,

I came across this site when I followed a link from Pinterest on one of my own photos and found that this man is taking other people’s photos and letting users download them as stock images without notifying or linking back to the original source. Plenty of the photos have their watermarks intact, which makes it easy to find the source if he had wanted to.

I contacted him and asked him to remove my photo, but also told him that what he’s doing is theft, which he denies. Is there anything you can do about this? Should I report this to the police?
