    Hello,

    I’m getting this error

“WP Hide Unable to write custom rules to your .htaccess. Is this file writable?
    No changes are being applied.”

I’ve changed .htaccess permission to 664
I’ve disabled & uninstalled the plugin

both didn’t work. Please help me.

+ is there a way to keep the site score high in https://tools.pingdom.com ? because the plugin lowers the rating.

    Kind Regards

I have a website with .htaccess permission 644 and the plugin works fine, while my current website with permission 664 the plugin doesn’t work, check screenshot comparison between my working site and the site that doesn’t work with WP Hide : https://www.dropbox.com/s/9xry06w64rhxr0t/working%20site%20vs%20not%20working%20site.JPG?dl=0

I found the cause of the issue.

It has issue with “Project Panorama Front End Editor” Add-On

How can this be fixed ? from your side or their side ?

Please it is important for me to keep both.

    Hi,
Our plugin use a filter which trigger when permalinks are generated. Probably the other code hijack the loop and stop it before the WP Hide plugin reach to it. There isn’t any fix/update to be done on our code, please check with the other developer.
As alternative consider to get the PRO version, through which you can retrieve and update the .htaccess file manually.

    Thanks
