I must have misunderstood then, because you asked about compatibility between both, so the problem occurs when you have both plugins active.
I keep getting 404 errors from rev slider that go way on disabling it.
If this only shows up with with FVM enabled and WP Hide off, then you may need to use the ignore list or tweak other settings.
If it’s with both on, then WP Hide must be hiding some necessary information from FVM.
It’s not tested so I don’t know.
Also, Page Insights can not detect all the font files…
There are options on FVM to hide fonts from Speed Insights (if you wish to enable them), else choose the inline google google fonts.
Note this only works if your fonts are enqueued.
If they are imports inside css files or added inline by revslider, it may not be captured.
It seems to pull the default locations instead of the rewrites.
Not sure what you mean by this. Is he font path wrong? Then you may be using wrong relative file paths. FVM should be able to detect the correct path, so please compare the resulting font paths inside the css files and see if the fonts open on that url.
