WP has changed the filepath of my URLs
-
Hi,
WP has changed the filepath of my URLs. For example, what used to be:
https://www.cairnsaustraliatravelguide.com/cairns-scuba-diving
is now:
https://www.cairnsaustraliatravelguide.com/cairns-great-barrier-reef-2/cairns-scuba-diving
The problem with this is that Google has already indexed my site and listed my web pages: when someone clicks on those listings they are going to receive a “Page Not Found” error message.
Is it possible for me to remove this part of the URL or permalink:
/cairns-great-barrier-reef-2/
I’d be very grateful if anyone can suggest a sollution or point me in the right direction.
Thanks!
Michael.
