WP-Grins – smilies going to next line

I am using the latest version of wp-grins, just recently also using a new theme (greenart-10). But if you look at my posts or any of the comments, whenever there is a smiley used, it shows up in the beginning of the next line. Why is that and how can that be fixed?

Any help will be beneficial. Thanks!
