WP-Gravatar with WP_Identicon

    Does anyone know how to make the “Gravatars” of the WP_Identicon Plugin to appear using the WP-Gravatar Plugin to show Gravatars or in case the commenter doesn’t have one the Identicon “Gravatar” next to the blog comments?
