wp got hack fortesalii shell-please help me clean my db

recently my wordpress had been hacked by some one…3 times in two day..they keep changing my index page..i do clean install on wp instalation after first hack..but the sql didnt not fresh..im using db from previous ..im totally clueless where the heck they hack me…3 times in two days..every times im install new wp instalation it create a folder named SYMLINK or whatever ..and a theme folder…please help how to total clean my wp ..im guesiing the hack still exist on my database backup…anyway here is the file that created by the file created by that symlink or whatever…only 150kb
