WP GDPR Compliance: Couldn’t create the required database tables

We are seeing the following:-

Using PHP7.3 and WP version 5.2.2

WP GDPR Compliance v1.5.2
WP GDPR Compliance: Couldn’t create the required database tables.

Deactivated and Reactivated the Plugin. No difference.

Have tried several times to complete the update but it fails everytime.

Any ideas?
