WP Gallery, don’t use square thumbnails

  • I’m trying to use the default gallery function of WordPress and I’m having trouble with the thumbnails. How can I prevent the thumbnails from becoming squares?

    Also, how can I change the css code which is inserted for the thumbnail gallery?

    Any help is appreciated.
