  • Hi,

Can you post the front-end URL? We can’t view admin pages.

Which version of Events Manager, WP FullCalendar and WordPress are you using?

    Thanks.

Hi, sorry about the admin link. Here’s the live one:
    https://www.travelgossip.co.uk/travel-industry-events/

    I’m using the following versions:

    Events Manager: Version 5.5.6
    WP FullCalendar Version 0.9
    Wordpress 4.0.5

I was using Events Manager Pro but the license has elapsed, I dont think that affects it?

I confirm I’ve got no other events plugins live.

    thx

No, old licenses don’t affect the output of the site.

Is that link the temporary default calendar or the WP FullCalendar that doesn’t work?

Hi, we have the basic calendar showing at the moment just as a back-up – to avoid it being a blank page.

The code for the WP FullCalendar IS present, you can see it at the bottom of the page but it’s not being picked up. thx

It’s possible this is a jQuery conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

    Hi there,
I just deactivated my other plugins one by one and it did not make a difference.

I recently tried to upgrade to the latest WP and it caused me to have an error so I have to revert to an older version. Could that be it?

I’m nervous to try to upgrade again as it caused me to lose alot of time sorting it. thx

transition.js:56 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

    Thanks Angela,
I’ve got no idea about JS.

Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve this?

    Many thanks

As well as deactivating your plugins, did you also switch to the default WordPress theme?

Hi, sorry yes I did. I activated Twenty Twelve theme and the FullCalendar did not appear.

    thanks

If you use the full calendar shortcode in a page on its own does it display?
