WP Forms on an WP multisite installation

    I am needing some help. Searches the support forum but didn’t find what I am looking for.

    I am using a wp multisite with three different themes. On one theme I was still using w-forms till now. Running well.

    Now I installed the third theme and I would like to use wpforms there too. But n the third website it is not possible to send emails.

    My question:
    How do I have to install the plugin on a multisite? netwide installation (I still have now).
    I set in my registration number on the site where the plugin was first. Now the second site requests also the number but it is not possible to save it.

    Please give advices how to do.

    Hi @milotze,

    Here are the steps we recommend for activation on each subsites:

    1) Install WPForms at a network level
    2) Activate WPForms on your subsite
    3) Verify license key within that subsite (under WPForms > Settings)

    Each subsite count toward the site limit of your license level, and each of our license levels have different site limits. So, for example, our Basic license can only be used on a single site. Here are our site limits for each license level:

    – Basic license: 1 site
    – Plus license: Up to 3 sites
    – Pro license: Up to 5 sites
    – Elite license: Unlimited sites

    Licenses come along with access to different features, as well. For more details on each license level, here’s our pricing page.

    And if you’re a license holder and you’d like more help with using WPForms on your site, please contact us by submitting a support ticket. This is because www.remarpro.com rules do not allow us to provide extensive support for paid features of WPForms on the support forum for WPForms Lite.

    Hello Ethan,

    many thanks for your help.

    I have only the basic license. So it can’t work.

    I will upgrade immediately to Plus license.
