wp forms lite success message not showing

Hello, I’m using your plugin with ‘pop up anything’ plugin and woocommerce. So when a viewer clicks ‘enquire now’ button the pop up opens with the wpform to complete. However, when you submit the enquiry form, you don’t see the success message (which includes an html link to the pricelist).

The screen refreshes back to the product info (woocommerce) page, and no success message shows. If you try to submit again (thinking it didn’t work), THEN you can see the success message!

I’ve checked the settings on both plugins, but can’t see anything that needs ticking to make this work. Both are free versions. I’ve contacted popup anything team and they say the issue is at wpforms end.
