WP Forms Entries (WPForms Geolocation)

  • Hello Support Team,

    Please note that I noticed recently that the Geolocation is not showing anymore for the users who registered on my site.
    The Location, Country, Zip code, and Lat/Long is showing with coma only ,

    This feature was working very well previously.

    Please advise?

    Hi cnemnom,

    We’ve just released a fix for the Geolocation addon, so when you update your Geolocation addon this should resolve the issue.

    In case it helps, if you’ve a WPForms license you can access our email support by submitting a ticket if you’ve any other questions.

    Yes, I have updated Geolocation add-on to the current version 1.1.1.

    I have noticed that the existing registered users are still not showing the Location, Country, Zip code, and Lat/Long.

    Is this update (V1.1.1) works only for the new users and not the exiting ones?
