    In the back end of the wp site you could not go to plugins, updates, or posts. It would give an error saying to check the email of the admin (or something like that – gray screen gray box, error link, would not display pages).

    In studying the log file we found this at the time of the error and deactivated WP forms and the problem went away as soon as it was deactivated.

    Please advise

    I apologize for the trouble with that! The error message indicates there’s no iconv() function available in your PHP installation. To resolve this, please contact your host and ask to install iconv and mbstring PHP extensions.
