WP Forms are not showing

I checked the Contact Us page of your site and upon checking the console, it indicates that there are no fields added to the form: https://a.supportally.com/T8TUez. Would you mind double checking if the form added to this page has some fields added to it?

In case you’ve added some fields but the issue persists, when you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?

After that, I tried to add fields in that form but it’s showing an error like this,

Did you get the chance to try testing for a plugin/theme conflict? In case you haven’t, please follow the steps under the 4th and 5th items here.

I would also like to mention that we recently released an updated for WPForms Lite version 1.6.2.3 so you might also want to try updating to the latest version an see if the issue is fixed.
