    Hi,
I have a MC4WP form on the linked page. There is some local and CSS formatting on the form (text style, colour, background etc) with 3 boxes.

On desktop view, the form appears fine.
But in mobile view, the 3 boxes show but with no labels or default values.

Can someone help to identify why there is a difference and how to solve it please?

    Thank you

    Hello,

Please note that there are some issue with the code in the form.

For eg. <input [type=”text”> is not a valid code. If you have modified it and do not know how to fix it, then please delete this code and add them again using the buttons provided above our form.

Also, in the “Appearance” tab of our form, can you please let us know what option you have selected for styling?
