WP Form Lite not working

I installed this plugin and added the correct configuration settings for my email host server and port number. This should have worked, however when I tested out the contact page, I was not receiving any messages. I also assed a DKIM TXT record to my DNS as a stronger verification. As a former specialist with a hosting company, and working with o365 mail, I have been through this process to understand that their is no reason why I should not be receiving these emails. I used the same settings for my inboxes to add to Gmail, which it worked just fine. So I am confused on how a process I know should work is not working. I do not want to upgrade if this is an internal error, unrelated to the developer side.

If you want your site to send emails using your Microsoft 365 account, you can set this up with WP Mail SMTP using a Pro license or higher. You can find all the details on how to do this in the WP Mail SMTP guide here.

If you’d prefer not to use the paid version of WP Mail SMTP for now, you could try using its free version, WP Mail SMTP Lite, with the Other SMTP mailer.
