WP Form email says New Entry: Form 1

After reading your ticket, I have tried to reproduce the issue and found the email subject is showing fine for me. Would you please re-check if you have set the subject line correctly on your Form Settings -> Notifications area? (Screenshot – https://prnt.sc/r3l5cz)

Yes, as @nazmulhassann20 mentioned, you can edit the email subject of your notification emails by going into the form builder > Settings > Notifications. Then in the Email Subject field add your preferred text.
