• The wp font plugin no longer will save my changes. I get an error message:”Might be a conflict with another plugin” “error message: parsererror”

    1. Any ideas on how to fix this problem.
    2. If I uninstall the font plugin and reinstall it will I lose the font settings that I made while it was working?

    Thank you
    Tom

yes, you’ll lose the changes. deactivate all your plugins except the font plugin and then reactivate your plugins one by one until you get the error message and then you’ll know which plugin is the problem.

Is it ok to deactivate a plugin? When I deactivate a plugin will I lose everything that I used that plugin for; or do I lose the data only when I delete the plugin?
    Thank you.

deactivating it’s fine, your settings will be saved in the database. if you delete it then you lose everything.

I deactivate all the plugins and I get the same error message. I “reset setting” for the font plugin-I still get the error message.
    Any other ideas?
    Thank you.

Is ok to reinstall the font plugin without deleting the existing plugin?
