WP-Float not visible on all pages

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a problem with the template I am using,
all seems to be working well, but the plugin displays only on the pages that has a sidebar, not all of the pages (when I use it in widget mode).

When I activate the general mode in settings, then the plugin works fine, but the speed is not adjustable and there is unexpected syntax error code displaying:

SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘

can you let me know why the plugin does not work on all sites (even its selected in the widget) or why it does not work when I use it as embed mode in general settings?
