The is a hack how it could be made to work.
The plugin offers the option to add additional variables to the url string the page is cached with ( the key ); if you can add an identifier based on the conditions the theme is applied with ( like a cookie parameter ), it can be done.

Although I seriously recommend to go with a responsive theme instead.
