    Hi,
As of a few days ago, I’ve noticed that many of my Slimstat boxes that formerly were populated with data, are now empty grey or white boxes when I have the WP Fastest Cache plugin activated. For instance, if I click on the “Overview” link, under “Top Pages” and “Top Traffic Sources”, I have a grey box. If I go to “Audience”, my “Top Browsers”, “Top Operating Systems”, “Top Countries” and “Top Languages” are also grey blank boxes.

I don’t necessarily need to have WP Fastest Cache activated, but thought I’d let you know as there were no issues w/ these 2 plugins working together prior to a few days ago (when either Slimstat or WP Fastest Cache released an update).
    Cheers,
    Darren

    Hi,

You need to set Slimstat to Javascript mode, if you’re using a caching plugin.

    Hi Camu
I’m already on Javascript mode, as this was selected by default.

I think the conflict appeared only after updating either Slimstat or WP Fastest Cache. Either way, I’ve turned off WP FC in favour of Slimstat for now. ;D

Very strange. Maybe Fastest Cache compresses the javascript and that sort of “breaks” the inline information needed by Slimstat? If you could post the URL and leave both active, I might be able to run some tests…

    Hi Camu
I’ve reactivated the WP Fastest Cache plugin, and the URL of my website is:

    https://tradablepatterns.com

    Slimstat is activated as well.

    Hi Darren,

I just visited your site and my pageviews were tracked without any problems, as you can see in your admin (ip starting with 108.35).

    Best,

    Hi Camu
My issue is not that Slimstat doesn’t display anything in all of the boxes. It’s just select boxes, roughly half, that have no data displaying suddenly in the last few days.

For instance, if I go to Overview, I see data as per normal for my “Hourly Pageviews”, “At a Glance”, “Spy View”, and “Rankings”. I don’t though see anything for “Top Pages”, “Top Traffic Sources” other than solid grey inside their boxes. “Currently Online” shows “No data to display”, but that could just be because there’s nobody on currently.

That’s strange. Could you post a screenshot?

That looks like a conflict with another plugin that is overriding Slimstat’s CSS definitions. If you already verified that WP Fastest Cache is the culprit, then they are manipulating (optimizing?) the CSS in the admin, and that’s a side effect of their manipulation.

No worries then Camu. Having WP Fastest Cache activated isn’t as important to me as having access to good site stats! I’ll leave WP FC off for now.

Thanks again Camu for your timely and helpful responses.

A vote for Slimstat would be a nice way to say thank you!
