WP Fastest Cache changes page layout

A css file has syntax error and Combine css may cause this problem i guess.

There is an issue. There is a quote. Please look at the end of source.

I upgraded the Easy Social Share plugin (v2.0.7) and deleted the quote, but the problem still existed.

For WP Fastest Cache, I only select Enable for Cache System item, leaving others option unchecked.

Please help dig into it again.
