WP Fastest Cache Apparently Not Working For Us

It seems that WP Fastest Cache is not working on our new website:

I installed it three days ago and Google PageSpeed Insights still has us rated an abysmal 40/100 for mobile and 48/100 for desktop:
Can you help our non-profiit group out in getting this working?
