WP Fastest Cache and Zopim live chat

Hi,
I normally use Zopim live chat, but discovered, to my horror, that the Zopim widget won’t show up when the WP Fastest Cache is active. I need the cache to keep my website running fast enough. The live chat is also a necessary feature. Any ideas?
