We need a custom CSV set up so that we can export from WooCommerce and send this list to our publisher for printing and mailing.

    Issues:

    – We have multiple magazine subscriptions (some print, some digital) we need anyone who has ordered just digital to not be exported

    – We need users with multiple magazine subscriptions to only appear on one line (not two) I.e. If they subscribe to Magazine A and Magazine B, they will appear on one line and have AB in their Order item column

    – All active members should automatically be subscribed to the member newsletter, which we print and send out. So we need to cross-reference with active members in WooCommerce Memberships and also add that they need a newsletter printed and mailed to them. We currently do not have the newsletter set up as a product or subscription in WooCommerce, but we could. Is there a way to auto-subscribe all active members to a subscription?

So a member with no active subscriptions would appear in the list and have N in their Order Items column.

An active member who is subscribed to both print magazine A and print magazine B, would have ABN in their order item column and only appear on one line.

A non-member who is subscribed to print magazine A and digital magazine B, would only have A in their order item column.

Hopefully, I made that as clear as possible.
